Douglas Adams of NAI/Latter & Blum, who is marketing the property, says owner Joe Atiyeh is considering selling the land after receiving offers for years. The land is divided into several chunks, and Atiyeh is willing to sell all or part of the property. Adams says land would be ideal for housing downtown workers or as office space for nonprofits wanting to be near the Capitol or state office buildings.
